Amazing Apartment for Super Clean Inclusive Person

We live in a spacious, newly renovated first floor Brooklyn apartment. It has 4br/2ba with a washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher. We are a 5 min walk to the J train, wear a mask and come see it!

It was renovated before we moved in and every room has a huge window! The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a standard kitchen and the common areas are furnished. The bedroom that includes your huge closet is not furnished. We also have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment, with access to our building's backyard and rooftop. We also live a perfect 5 minute walk to the J/Z and 10 minute walk to the L and C with a grocery store, deli, restaurant and bar on our block (on occasion we can hear the music from the bar in our apartment but its usually not too distracting).

Move in date would be March 1st with a 1 year lease. Our rent costs a super reasonable $775 not including ~60 monthly for wifi/electric/gas bills/household goods. We are three young professionals who like hanging out with each other sometimes, but have our own things going on. We are looking for someone friendly and respectful, who will pay bills on time and likes cleaning up after themselves. Preference to someone with no pets, who does not smoke, and will not bring too many people over in the interest of covid safety - we are very covid conscious!

To pass our landlords approval, you will need to be able to provide a copy of your ID, proof of your credit score (which needs to be over 700) one months rent ($775) and the additional security deposit ($875---->$1650 total) and proof that you make at least 40x the yearly rent or a guarantor that makes at least 80x the yearly rent (in the form of a paystub or something). March 1st move in date with a one year lease.
