Room for rent in Craftsman Bungalow

I have a room to rent for a few months, possibly longer and I am looking for an awesome person to come and live with me. My current focus is to seek a short term renter for the next ~4-6 months. There is potential for a longer term situation if the fit is right. The room is available from March 23. It can be furnished or unfurnished.

A little about the space:
* Good sized room: 10.5 ft by 11ft.
* Good storage in two closets: 2.2ft by 7ft and 4ft by 3ft.
* You would share a bathroom with me which is in-between our two rooms.
* Unfurnished room (In the attached photo there is a desk and dresser in the room but these would be removed. I could furnish the room for a short term rental if needed.)
* You would share a cosy lounge (with no TV!), dining room, kitchen, pantry with washer and dryer and bathroom.
* Downstairs there is some space for storage in the basement if needed
* Large deck in the yard. Perfect for chilling, dining and entertaining.
* Opportunity to grow some food: I am in the process of setting up planter boxes in the yard and I am happy to share some space
* The neighbors are all awesome and we hang out from time to time.
I have a 19 year old indoor cat called Xena who loves to snuggle, sleep and snack (especially on treats). Given her requirement for sole reign over her queendom, I am unable to accept other pets.

About the lease
* Month to month lease
* $1,500/month rent
* Utilities not included in rent.
* Security deposit is $1,000.

About the location
* Super convenient Longfellow district of Oakland.
* 10 minute walk from MacArthur BART station,
* 2 minute drive from Highway 24 and 5 minute drive from the Bay Bridge.
* Buses also service the area.
* Ample street parking outside the house. Street cleaning for just one day a month.

About me
I am a woman in my early 40s. I work in marine conservation at an NGO in downtown Oakland. I also teach a few fitness classes in the evenings and mornings. I love to spend time with friends a few nights a week as well as chilling at home. I do like to have friends around for dinner on occasion. For hobbies I like mountain biking, kitesurfing and the occasional hike and dance. I also travel regularly?on average I am gone for 1 week per month. Given my schedule, my home is a sanctuary for me and it is where I rest and recharge. I am looking for someone who lives with a similar balance and who is:
* Responsible, mature and respectful of others
* Non smoker
* Relatively quiet, chill, drama-free and able to roll with the punches
* Clean and organized
* A working professional (with a job outside of the home) who has the means to pay bills each month
* Desires to live in a TV-free home
* Not looking to party at home but enjoys catching up over an occasional beer/wine or having a casual gathering
