Master suite (with private bathroom) and secured parking space, in a 3-bedroom house with pool. We bought the house last year and was recently rehabbed.

Our cozy home is an 8 minute walk to South Hayward Bart (0.5 mile). Easy access to I-880 and San Mateo Bridge. We are looking for another couple or a female who is a student/working full time, able to show proof of income, pays on time, quiet, neat and cleans up after herself.

Room is unfurnished. You're welcome to use the common area washer & dryer, living room, dining room, kitchen with new refrigerator, stove and new dishwasher, or hangout by the pool/fire pit.

Rent is $1,300, with a month-to-month lease. Security Deposit is one month's rent. $1300x2 = $2600 (plus utilities)

Housemates: We are a recently married couple who are professionals working full time in our 20s. We both work on weekdays and have weekends off. We like to go to the gym, be outdoors, travel on our free time or stay at home and watch tv series.
