Solid room in an apt. Great for a person who has just moved into town, moving between Boroughs within nyc, first time moving out on their own. It’s a good “in between” living situation before you find something more permanent.
We are looking for a person who is down to earth, clean, quiet & friendly, comfortable with sharing a communal kitchen and a bathroom, unfortunately there is no common area (living room), but there is a table in the kitchen to have bfast /lunch/ dinner. Everyone is very pleasant & knows how to keep to themselves as well!
We are in the service industry so have different hours each week. Very respectful of space and time. 4 2 0 friendly , no cigarettes please.

In a walk up building , apt located on the 5th floor
Close to 1 & A train station
