Huge Flex Bedroom

Hey Everyone!

I'm leaving to travel for the remainder of my lease, and I'm looking for a clean, quiet roommate to take over a HUGE bedroom in a flex 3 bedroom in an awesome neighborhood. The room offered is the flex room and is separated by dividers.

The subletted room is available Jan. 12 - May 25th (~5 months).

Rent is $775/month. Utilities will be around $45/each (split by 3).

Located at 93rd and 2nd. 4 floor walk up.

The room comes furnished. Here's what comes with the room:

Note: There is a 55" 4k OLED TV and Bose Soundbar in the pictures, but I will be selling those. If you'd like to keep them in the room, we can figure something out.

You will be sharing with two females in their 20s, one a nurse and one a makeup artist. We're a very friendly, quiet, and easy going and typically go to bed early-ish.

Let's talk about the "flex" nature of this room. This room *was* the living room. It has two entrances. One entrance (facing the bedrooms) is blocked by a soundproof curtain. The other entrance faces the kitchen. These do a great job of blocking people from seeing into your room. However, while there is a soundproof curtain it's not quite as good as a wall.

All this means is: You'll have to be quieter than in your average room. No blasting music late. No blasting TV past 11pm.

This room is perfect for someone who wants to live in a fantastic, safe neighborhood at a great price, but who doesn't make a ton of noise - especially late at night.

The neighborhood is fantastic, near most everything you'd need, and very safe:
-1 block to Key Foods
-1 block to Q train
-Short walk to Whole Foods
-6 train on 96th (4, 5, 6 on 86th)
-1 block to Synergy Fitness
-7 blocks to Fairway
-1 ave from Equinox and New York Sports Club
-Starbucks and other indie coffee shops nearby
-Walking distance to Central Park

We're looking for the right person to move into this place. Please tell us how you can fit into the apartment and the unique living situation. Btw, there is absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the apartment. Let me know if you have any questions about living here.
