My roomie is moving back to Seattle. She?s an awesome roomie and looking for someone to fill her spot. Molly and I are subletting a fully furnished bedroom that is available beginning of January in beautiful Stuytown located around 17th/1st Ave.

Stuytown community is in a safe and quiet neighborhood away from the streets. featuring beautiful parks, water fountain, an outdoor fitness center with running track, basketball court, two indoor gyms ($89 per month with annual gym membership), cafe, study lounge ($30 per month membership), Sunday green market, summer time outdoor live music and movies. Only the indoor gyms and study lounge require a monthly membership.

The bedroom is 10?x13? and comes with a desk, chair, queen size bed, bed frame, 2 oversize wardrobes, lighting, window A/C unit, oversized windows with lots of sunshine and natural light. Laundry room is located on the bottom floor.

Living room has a dining table, pull out couch, and a small bench used as a coffee table. Living room also has a small 32" TV. Great for staying in and watching Netflix.

Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of countertop space if you love to cook. Beautiful granite countertops. Kitchen features stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a joule sous vide, dehydrator, food processor, and a smoothie blender.

Walking distance to East Village, Lower East Side, Bowery, Gramercy, Union Square, and Flat Iron. Target is right around the corner within a 3 min walk. Lots of restaurants and bars around the area to explore. Several options for public transportation. About a 3 min walk from the M14A and M14D bus stop. 5-10 minutes from the M15 or M15 SBS (depends if going north or south) bus stop. Roughly a 5 min walk from the L train. And a 15 min walk from Union Square Subway Station that is right off the L train. The L train connects to N, Q, R, W, 4,5,6, at Union Square; F, M, 1,2,3 at 6th Ave stop; and A, C, E at 8th Ave stop

Rent is $1600. Price includes Concierge service for easy package & dry cleaning drop off and pick up; Wifi internet, and all utilities (electricity, water, & trash).
