Very Convenient and Central Location: Brentwood is right off the 405 freeway and easily accessible to the major highways. It makes getting to Santa Monica, Westwood, Hollywood, Downtown and Marina del Rey quick and easy by foot, Bird, metro or car. Everything you needs is just a stroll away. There are many fine dining options (Baltaire, Pizzana, SUGARFISH) within walking distance and a few amazing bars (Tavern, Bandera) to have a drink after work. Vons, Whole Foods, Alfred's and pharmacies all within walking distance as well.

Overall fantastic apartment: There's tons of common and private space to allow for easy shared living. I'm respectful and have enjoyed my roommate experiences in the past. I'm partial to it, but the apartment has an awesome feel to it and is a great place to live. Also, I never had a problem with deliveries!

Application and Deposit: I can't really justify the amount I'm spending on rent right now with how little time I'm home. I plan to find a roommate to help with the rent load. It's important that it's the right fit for both of us.
