Must have good credit and good rental history and/or references.

The room is located near Cal State East Bay, walking distance to BART and downtown Hayward. This would be perfect for a student at Cal State East Bay.
I have 3 amazing dogs and they all are outdoors. If you love dogs and would like to help with me on dog walks and dog sitting, we can work out a discount on the room rate.
MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY, quiet, neat, responsible with confirmed income. No guest allowe and there is No kitchen access but you will be provided with your own Small Fridge and microwave.
