Apartment/Room Details:
This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. The current roommates are looking for one person to sign on to their lease which is set to expire in October. You can sign the lease until October and then you can sign a 12 month lease if you'd like.

The Room:
The room is available for rent July 1st. This is the largest bedroom in the apartment and has a closet. It fits a queen size bed, a dresser and a desk (see pictures). It has a two huge window so there is plenty of natural light, the entire apartment is well lit.
Utilities and WiFi range anywhere from $50-$90 depending on the season.

About the current roommate:
Caroline works as a PA on TV sets. She's laid-back and drama-free, and would love someone who is the same. She tends to work 12-16 hour days, so she's not home very often (not currently due to the pandemic).

Looking for someone who can sign a lease, good credit required, guarantors accepted. First month and 1 month security required for move-in.
