My boyfriend and I have found an amazing space only blocks from the beach in the Santa Monica Venice area. We are currently in talks with the landlord who really likes us but we need a third to make it work. You have a three story space with tons of light, fully furnished (they will remove anything we don?t need), you have a large closet, private bathroom, big kitchen, great parking, amazing views, washer, dryer, washing machine and low utility cost. The landlord seems willing to negotiate prices as long as we find someone chill and NOT a party animal. The space is amazing and my boyfriend and I would love to find a cool person to share it with. We ARE a gay couple so you gotta be chill with that. Since we would be sharing the second room we would take up 3500 of the rent which gives you a massive price drop for the space.
