We are seeking a single, working female housemate to take over their own private bedroom in a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom 3-story townhome in Montebello, CA. Our condo sits between Beverly Blvd. and Whittier Blvd., near Montebello City Park, conveniently located within walking distance of the 10, 20, and 40 Montebello bus lines. ?

Applicants MUST be employed, preferably a hardworking student or professional. For consideration, please be prepared to undergo both a background and credit check. Recent pay stubs and valid form(s) of CA identification will also be required upon review.

Rent is $650/month plus an additional $50 for utilities (Totaling $700/mo.) Receipts will be provided by renter monthly. We ask for 1 month's rent for deposit so total to move-in is $1400

As a tenant, you will have your own PRIVATE BEDROOM. You will also have access to a bathroom across the hall, which you will have to share only with one other roommate (of the two). There is also a guest half-bathroom open for use downstairs.

The room has a large window with an amazing breeze and beautiful natural light. It has a small walk-in closet. Room has been newly painted.

Amenities include full access to wifi, kitchen and living room. We have cats but they don't bother and just lay around.
