This is a recently remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the top floor of a great apartment building located in the quiet residential district between Fox Hills and Ladera Heights. It's newly painted with new flooring and granite and a brand new fridge, oven, and other appliances. The bathrooms are remodeled and look great too! It's spacious too with high ceilings a large living room/dining room.

You'll have a large bedroom and the hall bathroom, which is yours. I'll be in the master with its own bathroom. The landlord pays for water and trash so you'd be splitting the rest of the utilities (gas, electric, and internet) with me. So $1400 + utilities per month.

I'll also need a $1400 security deposit so move-in costs will be $2800. I'd prefer a 12 month lease but we can negotiate.

There is A/C and heating as well as a fireplace.
Garage Parking (tandem).
Sorry but there is a strict NO pet policy in the building.

I'm looking to rent this out ASAP-Dec 1 - it's available now.

A little about me and what I'm looking for in a roommate.
I'm a professional female in my late 20's. I work in esports (so extra points if you know what that is). I love video games and nerd culture and would love a roommate I can geek out with but I also love learning new things and am open to any person with a good attitude and positivity! I like to stay active but enjoy a quiet night of Netflix, movies or board games. Please no smokers (of any kind).

I'd love to find a like-minded roommate. Like me, I'd like a roommate who is clean, quiet and respectful during the week but also enjoys entertaining small groups of friends every once in a while for dinners, board games, or movie nights and wine on weekends. This is your place too so I want you to feel comfortable using the common areas as your own and I have no issue with you having friends over (within reason - no ragers!). Let's just be respectful of each other, and deadlines for work/school. Overnight guests are fine too (again within reason).

Would hope to find a friend but a respectful roommate is all that I ask. Because so much of this apartment is new I'd really like someone clean and responsible who will take as good of care of this place as if your own name was signed to the lease.

While, for safety reasons, I will not disclose the address online, for your planning purposes I'm in an apartment building in the general vicinity of the Ladera Center (Ralph's, Chase bank, Starbucks, Ross etc).

Male or female doesn't matter (professional or student) just within the 21-35 age range.
