Hi there! My name is Christine and I just moved to the LA area for an internship at a very well known children's animation company. I am originally from the Seattle area, but I just completed my MFA in animation down in Savannah, GA. I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and I like cooking and baking. My last roommate and I were best friends so I know I can't shoot for that yet, but we did make and eat most meals together and share the cost of food, which felt nice. I hope to have people over for karaoke/dinner/boardgame parties every once and a while and hope to live with someone interested in that. About the apartment! The building is really nice, well maintained and clean. It feels very safe, keycode entry, we have two parking spaces in a garage under the building. It is a 3 bedroom, I am more than willing to get a 3rd roommate to lower the cost even more, it would be $770+utilities and internet with a 3rd. The two other bedrooms currently share a big bathroom, all the rooms are the same size, but mine has a bathroom in it. These are pro's and cons, we are not super close to anything; there is a small donut/coffee shop that is right here, and a Mexican restaurant touching the building. You can walk an easy distance to the Metrolink, about .4 miles away and literally the only thing on the other side of the road is that train. The train is convenient for future downtown trips, but it can be loud at times. So if things like that would wake you up or keep you up, I would just caution you. I will have to drive down to Burbank 4 days a week, so if you work in that area and want to bum a ride I'm sure we could do that. Please let me know if you have any questions!
