Who we are:
There are four (4) adults in the household

He is a teacher, she is an accountant

They both work in the area, and travel home for the weekend
They are only in-residence Monday to possibly Thursday every week
One (1) senior kitty
We are a household of open-minded, diverse, and equality philosophies
We truly represent more of a family environment, with friends and family occasionally visiting
Open to engaging in intellectual dialogs, games of challenge, or harmless idle gossip
We do Meal Prep, every Sunday. So, the kitchen will be unavailable. Day can change but will provide advance notice
All household members are early to bed, early to rise

A cat lover would be appreciated; however, due to the age (stubbornness) no more pets can be introduced
Rent includes utilities, internet, some sundries and professional cleaning
One Year Lease commitment, then month to month
Request a 30-day Move-out notice

Rules:
School/Work nights quite hours start at 9pm (Sun to Thur). Other nights 10pm (Fri & Sat). This is firm, no leeway.
Kitchen:
No Food left out overnight
Dishes must be cleaned and put away or left to dry
Countertops and Range top cleaned after cooking (grease will stain the countertops)
Floor spills are cleaned up after cooking
Not a Party Household
Common areas kept neat and tidy
Spills, drips, or messes addressed immediately
