Fellow Bachelorette Fan Needed

Our one roommate is moving out to be closer to her BF in Hoboken so we are looking for someone to replace her so we can stay in this great apartment!

The room that is open is that largest bedroom in the apartment. The old tenant had a queen sized bed a dresser and a large night stand and still had lots of extra room. the room as 2 windows and besides the living room gets the most sun out of any of the rooms in the apartment. It does not have a closet but in the past people used a rolling bar or standing dresser. This bedroom is a railroad room so there is a small bedroom off of it that has a current tenant as well.

we have a large living room that gets lots of sun where we all like to hangout at the end of the day and catch up and relax with a show or two!

good sized kitchen that includes a dishwasher which we have found invaluable over the last couple of years! enough cabinet space so that everyone has room for at least one shelf of their own and we all share the fridge.

One bathroom but we have lived with 4 people for the last 2 years and have never really had a problem with this. we usually just get ready in our rooms instead of doing makeup and hair in the bathroom to be cognizant of other people.

All of the shared areas of the apartment are fully furnished so only your bedroom stuff is needed to move in!

some other benefits to the building is it does have an elevator! we do not have laundry in the building but a laundry mat is directly across the street so it feels like it is in the building almost. there is a one train stop on 103rd and Broadway 110th and Broadway so a very short walk from the apartment.

There is a great shopping center that is clutch for the weekends that starts at 100Th and Columbus and has Sephora, TJ Max, Homegoods, Loft, Whole Foods, and then a new traderJoes a little farther down.

2 of us are friends from college and one is a friend from one roommates hometown who moved in last yeah also replacing a roommate who had to move home so new roommates are not knew to us and we look forward to getting to know someone new!
