Two rooms for rent in nice quiet neighborhood

My current roomate is unfortunately leaving at the end of this month. It was just the two of us so we each paid $1500 and used the third bedroom as an office. The utilities are included in the price except during the summer when it goes up because of the air conditioning. It?s not too much more, but I usually have to ask for an extra $100 or so. I am looking for someone to rent the master bedroom. If it would be only me and another person we could do the same payment, or if you would like to rent both rooms we could figure out a fair price, and or if we wanted to rent out the third room the cost would go down for everybody. I am open to what ever the best scenario would be. The area is very safe and quiet. I have been here for six years and have a good reputation with my neighbors and I would like to keep it that way. There is a pool, a nice lounge area outside, a big living room, washer and dryer, And decent kitchen. I am a musician and have several instruments in the house, I have a dog and a cat and other pets would be considered. I?m a bartender and I work quite a bit so I?m not home all that often. I do macabre artwork and sell it on the side So I will warn you that the decorations can come across a little strange. ???? for the most part I?m pretty quiet and easy going. I do like to have get togethers from time to time, ( I usually do thanksgiving and Christmas here for my friends), but I would always ask first to make sure you would be OK with it. My last roommate was here for two years and I am sad to see him go. I don?t do drugs, (I don?t care if you smoke pot or cigs but nothing other than that), I drink and don?t care if you do as well. I love to cook, and I keep the place pretty clean. I am hoping to find another long term roomate that I can mesh with. The rooms will be ready to rent on October 1st, (or perhaps the second so I can clean the carpet in the master bedroom), if you would like to see the place please text me and I can set up a time.
