I have a 2br/2.5ba 2-story apartment in Hollywood and am looking for a roommate for the smaller bedroom (114 square feet) which includes the following:
- private bath
- gated garage tandem parking spot
- central heating & air
-room is freshly painted
- big bathroom (44 square feet)
- room is on 2nd floor of apartment, 3rd floor of building with separate 3rd floor entrance right near room
- secure building (buzz people in)
- room is freshly painted
- adorable street in super safe area
- walkable to Hollywood
- laundry room in building ($2.25/ load)
- nice/private view

The room is available September 1 or thereabouts. If you are interested, you would have to fill out an application and be added to remainder of the lease, which expires in December. A deposit equal to one month's rent is also required.

Rent - $1100/month + 1/2 utilities (LADWP, Gas, Internet)

The apartment itself has a dishwasher, central heat & air, microwave, Alexa, FireTV, wifi, gas stove. The whole place is about 1100 square feet.

A bit about me:
I'm a graphic designer who works from home...a lot. Otherwise I am pretty regular. I like music and movies and food just like anyone else.

Please be generally respectful and not too loud. It would be awesome if you had a job with regular hours. Also not substance obsessed, and please no drama.
