The unit is available August 15 and the lease is for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential for a mutually agreed upon lease extension-- open to shorter stay. The unit is large at approx. 1200 sf and gets lot of natural light. The unit is on a high floor with great city views. Your bedroom is very large and includes a walk-in closet and connected bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The unit is furnished, you just need to bring bedroom furniture. The kitchen is fully updated with Stainless Steel appliances, including garbage disposal and dishwasher and there is also an IN-UNIT WASHER AND DRYER!! About your new roommate:
I am a 31 year old male professional. I grew up in the Bay Area, spent some time on the East Coast and have now lived in SF for 4 years. I enjoy the outdoors, cooking and am fairly laid back. I do like to keep the house clean and expect the same in return.

About You:
Twenty/Thirty- something male or female with a steady job and routine schedule who is responsible, clean, friendly and considerate. Not looking for a party animal, and no smokers or drugs of any kind. Pets are not allowed.

The Nitty Gritty:
-Rent is due on the 1st of each month
-Security Deposit due at signing of sublease
-A current credit report, signed sublease agreement and recent paystub will also be required
-Utility costs are split evenly and include PGE, Comcast (cable and internet) and housekeeping (2x month) and run approx. $200 per person/per month
-Trash and Water are included in the rent
