Large sunny room with walk-in closet in a 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath upstairs unit of a 4-plex. The room is unfurnished and gets a lot of sunlight. Its street facing but pretty quiet with the windows closed. Large common space, kitchen and shared backyard. The bathroom has a tub. Washer + Dryer in unit. Very small deck that looks into the backyard.

Parking: Street Parking *street cleaning on Monday's + Tuesday's. You can apply for permitted street parking or you can park down the block which is what we currently do.

Utilities: We pay for internet, water (billed every 2mo) and PG+E. Depending on h2o use they usual fall under $100mo.

Pets: No cats due to allergies. ESA + Service Dogs under 20lbs are able to apply only. They must get along with Gabs the 11yo yorkie and be approved + meet the landlords.

Landlord Requires: Applicants MUST be on the job for more than a few months. They prefer at least a year if possible. You should have a positive credit report with a good score.
