$665, $665 and $550 rooms for rent 1 year lease

I am a 24 yo male renting here for the past 3 years. I am an Army Vet and currently an EMT here in Queens.

I am very chill and easy to get along with. I am very much into fitness, hiking, movies, etc. I clean up after myself and expect anyone that rents to do the same.

We need to fill up the rooms so we can renew our lease which will start on August 1st. The lease signing will be in July. We have 3 rooms available for rent ($665, $665, and $550). The location is in Jamaica area. 10 minute walk to Saint John?s University. 8 minute walk to F train, 4 minute walk to q30/31 bus, 15 minute bus ride to LIRR, 10 minute walk to laundry, supermarket, and restaurants. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
