This studio apartment is actually larger than a typical studio. Boasts 9? ceilings. Has a window AC unit and ceiling fans. It has a full *separate* kitchen with a separate dining area (it?s not a small kitchenette like most studios have) and it has a full size stove/oven and full size refrigerator. (No dishwasher) Lots of kitchen cabinet space. There is also a full bathroom with a nice tub for those bubble baths, and a shower. Lots of storage space (3 closets and lots of cubby storage) The bedroom area and living area are all in one main space. The location is wonderful! Walking distance to so many things. Across the street you have a dry cleaner, nail salon, hair salon, post office and Bristol Farms. The Beverly Terrance Hotel is just a couple buildings over, for your out of town guests. Great restaurants, coffee shops, parks and shopping all super close by. It?s a nice area!! Street parking only and a permit from the city is required on a yearly pass basis. (Please ask me for details on parking). The washer/dryer unit is shared in the building by all residents and takes quarters. All utilities are included. You would need to purchase your own WiFi and Cable TV if you wish to have it. The apartment building does not allow pets, nor smoking, nor drugs, nor parties.
