This is a non-smoking building in Elmhurst, 2 minutes from the 7 train 90th station. Manhattan is 25 minutes by train.
EVERYTHING is close, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, hospital and clinics, parks, gyms, libraries and more. Includes, hot and cold water, heat, gas and Internet. Electric bill is divided by three, usually is 25$/ea. average, this is not included because it varies from season to season. Price is slightly negotiable.
Room dimensions 8.5 ft by 11.5 ft. It has a closet and of course a window, and is on the topmost floor (6th) of the building so there is no noise from floors above :)
You have a portion of the refrigerator and a place to put some of your stuff in the kitchen, we expect our roommate to feel as comfy as possible and keep things organized.

We are looking for a person who has a stable job, is respectful, considerate, clean, don't do drugs, don't smoke inside. We can discuss the terms when you come and see the room, but basically we want a person who will keep the noise at a minimum, no parties, we have extra care in who is allowed to enter. This room is for one person.
