The available bedroom has two south-facing windows which let in plenty of light throughout the day. There is enough space for a full-sized bed and the room has a beautiful decorative fireplace. Here you will find the perfect location, high ceilings, and a recently renovated kitchen. We would share one bath (with tub and shower). Heat and wifi is included with the rent. Electricity and gas are separate, but very reasonable. Our building has plenty of character, but no laundry facilities on the premises. (Note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor.) The room can come furnished with a twin bedframe (metal including headboard). Sorry, the building does not allow pets.

This apartment is perfect for the quiet type. I spend most of my days at the office in Manhattan as a real estate agent. All mandated covid protocols observed. I am vaccinated.

About the neighborhood: The area has a large number of restaurants, services and shops for your convenience. The location puts you within walking and biking distance (Citi Bike one block away) to several points of interest in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Park Slope and Downtown Brooklyn. The building is one block from the Clinton Avenue G train and two blocks from the C train. It's also about a 12 minute walk from the Barclays Center with year-round events, Whole Foods, and Atlantic Center Mall. Same goes for the Atlantic-Pacific Ave. station servicing the "2,3,4,5, N/R, D, Q, B" trains, plus the Long Island Railroad.
