The master bedroom in our Sunnyvale home is available for rent. It is re-listed because the new person who just signed with us got surprise transferred to LA.

SHORT VERSION: Big room, full bathroom, walk in closet, kitchen/storage space, and street parking right out front of our 3 bedroom, 2 bath Sunnyvale Eichler. 1,200 before utilities, 1 yr lease, security deposit due with first month, July 1 move in, (As soon as paperwork is signed, you can start moving in earlier.) Candidate must be clean, trustworthy, and reliable. Employer verification and a credit check will be needed.

LONG VERSION:
A bright, private room with giant windows and a sliding door opening to the back yard, A private full bathroom, a private adjacent large walk-in closet, In total a solid 225 square feet of space that is private to you, Lots of storage space/ work space in common areas; if you have a gaming setup or a work desk or whatever we will make a spot for you to do your thing, Lots and lots of cabinet and counter space in the kitchen, Weekly yard care service, Use of the fridge, oven, microwave, stovetop, blender, grill, fireplace, washer, dryer, easy parking always right out front, car washing stuff, space to garden etc., fully fenced in front and back yards make the place feel nice and secluded. You'd have 3 chill house mates who won't bother you. The utilities are PG&E, City of Sunnyvale Water, Garbage, Sewer, plan on an average of around 100 per month. The backyard is fun, it's got a ton of older growth foliage which makes it feel like a slice of the woods in the city. Great place to hang out. There's always something flowering in the front yard. We have a lot of resident wildlife which is fun to watch. Hummingbirds, Raccoons, Squirrels, Opossums, and the neighborhood cats. Pets will be CONSIDERED on a case by case basis. If you're the perfect candidate and you have a well behaved furry friend, we may be able to come up with something.

SHOPPING (Trader Joe's, Sprouts, C. J. Olson Cherries, everything in downtown, Safeway, Target, Orchard Supply, Etc.) NIGHTLIFE (Rooster T. Comedy Club, Murphy's Law, Pure, Vino Vino, Lucky Shot, Etc.) Easy entrance to all the major highways in the South Bay.

DOWNSIDES:
No A/C or very effective heat. We just open/close windows and place fans to control the temperature. No grass. Older house with some mild quirks.
