A sizable apartment on the third floor with a great view. Convenient area, you can get anywhere. Parking is easy. It's quiet. People walk dogs and have kids, it's a really good neighborhood. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, central AC/heat, private bed and bath, big furnished living room. Looking for a roommate who is easy to live with, communicates well, and uses the home as a place to recharge. I'm not home that much due to my job -- so when I am there I like it to be fairly quiet and relaxed.
