I am looking for someone who is either a student or has full time work. No smokers or partiers. No overnight visitors.

To move in I will need references and two pay stubs. First month and last months rent. . Once a month cleaning person your share would be $50.

Walking distance 1/2 block to Trader Joe's. 3 blocks to Ventura Blvd where there are lots of great places to eat and shop. This is a very central valley location. 101 freeway is very close and yet the unit is so very peaceful and quiet. From what i see advertised in this area this is a rare gem!
