Cozy spot, in a private and quiet residential neighborhood up in the mountains. ~30 minute drive from DTLA. ~10 minute drive from Pasadena where there's good shopping/food. Also within short walking distance of beautiful hikes, and a big park w/ nice basketball/tennis courts and a baseball field. Lots of places to explore and cool wildlife.
