My roommate will be moving out of our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at the end of June. Simple apartment located behind Safeway - yes, its the Safeway apartments.

You will have your own covered parking spot. (Lots of parking on the street though.)
And surprisingly it is a quiet complex-even on the weekends.

Some appliances will need to be replaced because it is my current roommates like a microwave and toaster. If you have furniture, we can discuss possibilities.

Desiring a long-term lease 1 (one) roommate who knows the balance of 'alone time' and when to be social, knows how to balance time with outside guests, and hopefully likes to hang out after a long day at work, is clean, funny, surprising and is a foodie. Must enjoy going on random ice cream adventures! Either gender and sexuality expression is fine. No couples.

Myself: I am an SF native who works for the university, am a double bronco/alum, have lived in this apartment for two years, more homebody than explorer, enjoys cooking and checking out breweries and places to eat, and I'm a clean as I go type of person. Oh and Im a member of OTF...ask me about it.
