This location is perfect for a student. Located near St. Ignatius College Prep. and SFSU. MUNI lines #28 and #29. One mile from Ocean Beach. In-between Noriega's shopping district and Lakeshore Plaza.

House sits along Sunset Blvd where there is plenty of un-permitted street parking.
Room will be unfurnished (roommate is moving out).

Couples may be considered for an additional fee.
