One roommate is moving out of 4 BR apt on 53rd st. The remaining three roommates are professional males in our 20s/30's. We are low-key, considerate, relatively clean and easy to get along with. We all keep busy with work, generally keep to ourselves, and often out of the apt nights and weekends. Looking for similar low-key, professional male roommate.

Apartment is located on 5th floor of a walkup building. The available bedroom is ~120 sq ft with a large closet and skylight.
Apartment has 2 bathrooms/showers(shared between the 4 of us), sizable common area and full kitchen with dishwasher. Apt also has working central Air Conditioning. 3 blocks away from E & 6 subway stops and 15 minute walk to Grand Central. A Dry Cleaner with laundry service is located right next to building.

Rent is $1100 a month per person (we split rent equally 4 ways). Utilities include Electricity and Internet/Cable and come out to another ~ $150 each a month.
