-security deposit (1 month)
-brokers fee (1 month)

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc. *

Room Breakdown base on size:
1st Room-$775 (small no closet good for twin bed)
2nd Room-$975 (Large good for Queen bed)
3rd Room-$975 (Large good for Queen bed)
4th Room-$975 (Large good for Queen bed)

***ONE PERSON PER ROOM***

The apartment is newly renovated with new stainless steel appliances. Half a block from the 1 train and minutes away from the C train.

Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants just around the corner.

If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan then this could be a great fit for you. You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
