Everyone in this house has been fully vaccinated and passed a comprehensive background, credit and asset review. Prospective tenants must submit to the same standard. Undergrads must have a co-signer who submits to credit check as well.

Who we're looking for: Offered for single occupancy, we are preferring female candidates to maintain a balanced headcount. Sorry guys, maybe next time. We preferably rent to college educated professionals such as Fulbright scholars, medical professionals, grad students, interns or post doctoral fellows visiting the U. S. Typical guests have been with the UN, UNISEF, NYU, Bloomberg LP, WSJ, Jet Blue, Lufthansa, Kaufman Studios, Sales Force, and various teaching hospitals.

Breath clean air! This house is heated with fresh outside air that is first filtered and humidified which then rises naturally and silently to each room and not recirculated. You don't have to hear clanging steam pipes or the whoosh of forced air while trying to sleep.

A classic Victorian floor plan and super thick plaster walls ensure privacy and quiet.
