I have two boys ages of 14 and 20, a roommate who's 34, we're looking for some cool and reliable to join our group. I would like our next roommate to be considerate, easy going, someone who take part in the trash talking and game night. (You don't have take part) just be considerate.
My roommate who's 34 has his two little girls every other weekends they arrive Friday night and leave Sunday morning (very welled behaved), so this is a place is family oriented, but we're not the Cosbys more like Full house with attitude.
Also I have Maltipoo she's 8 months fully potty train and is the sweetest puppy. She don't shed or bark, but she loves to treated like a baby.
You will be sharing the bathroom with him and my youngest who's 14.
I'm reasonable person and I will work with you if I feel that we are on the same path. Meaning I can rework the rent if I need too.
