Room for Rent w/ Private Bath in Woodland Hills

The home is located in the hills, south of the Blvd. in Woodland Hills, on the border of Calabasas. It's a 2000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom , 2-level home, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom for rent is on the 2nd floor, and it?s large and comfortable, it's fully furnished (along with a Queen size bed), and it also includes your own private bathroom. There is lots of closet space and a storage area too! There is a spare bedroom in between the master bedroom (mine) and the bedroom for rent, leaving plenty of privacy. The home has a large backyard and a covered patio, a big kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large living room with a fireplace, as well as a lounge room. The dining area has hardwood floors as well. This hillside neighborhood is super safe with plenty of parking in the driveway and in front of the house. There is central air conditioning and heat, and a washer and dryer in the garage. There is cable TV and WiFi throughout the entire home. The Calabasas Commons is right over the hill with shopping, a movie theater, restaurants and more! There is also a shopping center one minute away with a Bristol Farms grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc. The Village (Topanga mall) is 5 minutes away, and it's only a minute drive to Ventura blvd. and the 101. Malibu is a 20 minute drive over the hill (Topanga Cyn.) I'm looking for a nice, normal, responsible person that is employed (professional) to rent out this room month to month. I'm a very easy going person, I get along with everybody, and I try to avoid drama. The rent is $1,250.00 per month, along with a $700.00 refundable deposit. Utilities are about $100.00 - $150.00 per month as well. The room will be available on 9-1-18. I love animals, but I would prefer to keep my home pet-free for now.
