This is a peaceful household with positive, pro-active working females, (NO PETs or double occupancy) This house is VERY clean and it is expected that you will help maintain this standard.

About this location: Safe and centrally located, near apex of 280/880 freeways (95117 zip) and 5 minute walk to the mall or Santana Row.
VTA behind the mall. Trains and or airport are 2 miles away.
Convenient locale to get to: Work, Universities, gyms, yoga studio, or any event.
Our house, has shared parking in the driveway, with my car, or safe parking on the street.
Our neighborhood is technically half San Jose and half Santa Clara.
HOME DETAILS: 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, clean 1953 house with front and back yards.
RENT- $1000 per bedroom - this includes utilities and wi-fi.
BEDROOM- each bedroom is 10'x12' with a 42" wide closet and 74"x 50" window on one wall. Carpet is white/grey marble. Bedroom is freshly painted, has clean grey/white marble carpet. Curtains/coverings are your choice. It is not furnished.
BATHROOM- One shared. Each lady has personal shelving, plus shelves in the hall closet. I have had no issues in the past with 3 females sharing the bathroom so long as we communicate about our schedules and clean up after ourselves.
KITCHEN- each individual space includes their own shelves and drawers, with extra pantry shelves in the garage. Cooking space is limited, as the kitchen is small but functional and very clean. roomie is expected to keep clean after use.
BACKYARD- there is a large backyard patio and potential garden space. It's peaceful to relax there in the warmer months or take your laptop outside and work. Or hang out with friends.
STORAGE- negotiable space for boxes, bicycle, etc.
SECURITY DEPOSIT- $1500 (This INCLUDES the last month's rent PLUS security deposit for clean-up costs or damages, if any). SecurityDeposit paid in cash or money order.
Expectations noted in our simple "Living Together Agreement”.
We both sign entry inventory from the start, as. When room is maintained (kept clean) per agreed contract, then security deposit will easily be fully refunded within the legal two-week window after moving out with a forwarding address.
• Move in date will be after meeting face to face and signing our month to month agreement.
REFERENCES- You will be asked for Verifications of: Employment, list former residences, personal references, and later current emergency contacts to be listed on contract.
