Hello!

I am a 31 year old Londoner, working full time as an event producer on the West Side. Looking to share my 2BR /2 BA apartment, as my roommate and husband are moving in together at the end of March. Seeking young, like minded outgoing professionals, I am open to sharing with another couple.

Availability: March 17th, 2018. Ideally at least a 1 year lease commitment but I can be flexible.

Having recently moved here from London, i'm very keen to explore and visit all parts of the city and beyond, so you won't find me in the house all the time. I also work long hours during event season and will be travelling a fair bit. I like a clean and tidy house, home is a sanctuary for me, but I'm not the fun police and won't be hot on your heels if you leave an occasional dish in the sink! Im super chilled and get on with everyone.

I don't bring party's home, but I do like to have occasional visitors, your friends are also of course welcome! I sometimes have guests from London, that stay in my room and not get in your way. Just expect to meet a few brits from time to time :)

Layout: Unfurnished room with private bathroom. High ceilings making it feel even more spacious, lots of closet space (2 separate wardrobes and additional cupboards). The sleeping area is carpeted and the vanity area has plank flooring.
The entire apartment was completely remodeled less than a year ago and has all new kitchen appliances, flooring, carpet etc. The living room is part furnished as my roommate is taking her dining table for example, so there is an option to bring any of your own home furnishings. There is AC, a fireplace and a cute little balcony.

Laundry is on the same floor. Parking available in the gated underground garage.. there is also plenty of street parking. (I don't have a car, so feel free to use my space too for any guests).

Internet, gas and water amount to about $75/month for your share.

Pets aren't allowed in the building without an emotional support certification. My roommate has a huge akita and he's perfectly happy here.

The apartment is 10mins from UCLA, 15minutes from Santa Monica pier, and 20mins from LAX. The 405 is just minutes away. There are loads of amenities surrounding us, Ralphs, Trader Joes, Westwood village all within 10mins!!
