My roommate and I have a spacious 15'x17' master bedroom available for $1300 a month near 35th and Irving. This unit has an amazing view of the sun setting on the ocean in the evenings. Move-in deposit is $2,300 ($1,000 for deposit, $1,300 for last month's rent).The lease will be up for renewal July 2018. We are ideally looking for a January move-in, but can accommodate for an earlier time if requested.

The unit is 1200 square feet on the third floor with a recently-renovated kitchen and single bathroom. Utilities average about $120 per person per month.

The room has a spacious walk-in closet, hardwood floors, and lots of natural lighting. Access to the N Judah Metro line is a block away, providing easy access to downtown and the beach alike. We have a very well-mannered cat, but sadly do not have the ability to house another animal.

Due to restrictions by our landlord, we can have three tenants total, leaving room for a single individual.
