My husband Chris and I are looking for a roommate or two (between the ages of 20-40 without kids and pets are negotiable) and hopefully you are who we are looking for. He works as a line cook and I am a nanny. We are a pet friendly home and own two loving indoor/outdoor cats who roam throughout the house. We also have a kitten who for the time being will be staying in our room only. Chris and one of our other roommates are both outside smokers and don't mind if you are too. We are a friendly house. We are offering a private bedroom and a shared bathroom (with three additional roommates) with shower/bath and storage cabinets that doubles as the guest bathroom. You will have full use of the kitchen, living room, family room, patio/yard, and washer/dryer. We will provide cabinet space as well as limited space in the fridge for your food storage needs. If you would like to have a mini fridge in your room, you are welcome to do so. There is plenty of street parking. We live in Winnetka and have a large room available for $760 a month including utilities plus internet and cable (DVR box fee is on you if you would like access to cable in your room) plus a $330 security deposit. We are willing to work with the right person on paying initial costs as we know how difficult it can be to come up with everything all at once. We are looking for someone (or couple) who is (are) reliable and respectful to become a member(s) of our home. Cleanliness is a must!
