I have a bedroom for rent with a private bathroom available beginning October 1st. It is located in Treasure Island in Foster City. I am looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months to a year with a potential to stay longer if we are a good match.

- included in monthly rent
- cleaning lady once a month

About me:
- Female my early 40's, working professional
- Enjoys: swimming, move nights in, light cooking, traveling, happy hours, horror/action movies, the outdoors, music, and spending time with friends and family.
- Casual drinking and hanging with a few friends is ok. I want to keep my home clean and drama free so I can enjoy quiet time at home after a long day.

About you:
- Respectful, considerate, financially responsible to pay rent on time, clean and keeps common areas tidy, quiet and easy going.

Single occupancy: $1,700/month
