A little bit about the house... it's in Harbortown and sits right on the Foster City Lagoon. Harbortown has 3 swimming pools, a tennis court, a community garden, and a path along the entire lagoon. It has a large living room and dining room, with a large patio-backyard area that sits off of the living and dining rooms. It has a galley kitchen, in-house laundry and a hall closet (which would be yours). You would have your own bedroom with a large closet inside as well as a sliding glass door to the other patio-backyard. Your bathroom will be right across the hall from your bedroom. Parking is available in the beautiful and safe complex and usually always available right in front of our house.. Wifi, water, sewer, garbage, gas and electricity are included in rent ( I am asking $1700 per month all inclusive) and deposit can be negotiated if needed. The condo is furnished and the private bedroom and bath can be unfurnished or furnished. Move in date can also be flexible for the right person. :)
A little bit about me... I am a mid 20's professional who loves sports and dogs of all kinds! I am looking for someone who loves dogs just as much as I do but does not have their own since we are only allowed 1 animal and Cooper loves all the attention! :) Looking for someone who is stable, does not excessively drink or party and and does not do drugs of any kind including marijuana. Smoking/vaping is also not allowed. Please let me know if you might be interested.
