2 Rooms available in 3br Apartment in UWS

About the Roommates:
I am a 26 year old working professional looking for new roommates to fill 2 bedrooms in my UWS apartment.
I work in consulting so expect to periodically be away Mon-Thurs if I'm on a traveling project (post covid, of course) . I am a vegetarian and enjoy running!

About the apartment:
The apartment is a 2nd floor walk up in a pre-war building located right next the the express 1,2,3 line (1 min walk) and near Central Park. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and West Side market all within 3-5 mins walking distance!

The rooms for rent are true bedrooms with windows, closet space, and can fit a full size bed, dresser, and night table. One of the rooms has overhead storage space.

We will share a large common living area, kitchen (with dishwasher), and bathroom with large mirror vanity storage. Room will be ~$1210 and utilities/internet would be around $60/month. There is a one time lease processing fee.

Room will be unfurnished. Living area space and kitchen are fully furnished, but open to new furniture if you have anything you'd like to add!

There is no in-building laundry, but a laundromat/cleaners are right on the block.
