Hi everybody!

I'm looking for a new roommate for our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment to move in May 1st. I'm a gay guy in my late 20s. Recently finished my masters in Architecture, and I’m now working from home. I’m very respectful, friendly, clean and chill overall. The other roommate is super nice and chill as well, he’s also working from home but has a girlfriend living near here so he spends some time there.

The Bedroom is beautiful, big, inward facing so very quiet, and gets a lot of light and has a privately controlled a/c and heating unit. Comes unfurnished.

The apartment is 1072 S. F, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge southern facing roof terrace, all new appliances including dishwasher, and a great kitchen for cooking.

The apt is in Williamsburg in a great location - walking distance from everything in the neighborhood and with easy access to the city - just 1 block from the JMZ trains (Hewes station) and a 7 minutes walk to the L train (Lorimer station) or even with a short bike ride on the Williamsburg bridge (15 minutes to Soho). building has an entry code, video intercom, elevator, and a laundry room.

We're looking for a chill, nice respectful and clean guy to move in. Dog is ok - the terrace would be great for one!

Price doesn't includes utilities.
Just first month and security deposit to move in.
