Large Bedroom and Balcony views in East Harlem

The bedroom available is currently furnished with a queen sized bed with table/desk and AC! Our spacious apartment is located on the 21st floor, with 24 hour security, in building laundry, and an unobstructed balcony view of downtown Manhattan. The rent is a steal at $1250, with electricity included. We have large windows, natural light all day, and plenty of storage space in the up and coming neighborhood of SoHa.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the 125 stations for the 456 trains (4 and 5 trains run express downtown), 3 train will get you to the west side in no time and a bus stop right outside the front door to the East Village . There is also the option to stay local for its strong culture and history. There are well known local dining options on Harlem's Restaurant Row with new bars opening on every block, shopping on 125th, movies and the Apollo Theatre, multiple parks, New York Sports Club and Blink Fitness, and a new Whole Foods.

During the week, we work then tend to make dinner at home and relax or go out for some drinks; we don't mind someone who parties, but hope for someone to not bring it home.

Despite sharing a living space, we do not expect to share a life; however, we are seeking someone who would not mind sharing meals once in while or watching Netflix some nights with some wine, beer a leading to a friendship.
