Spacious Room For Rent, In A Cozy 3-Bedroom Apt.
I have 1 room available in my 3 bedroom apartment.
-Is 89 square feet (large by NYC standards)
-Has a full bed, small desk, standing lamp, and large 6 drawer dresser; I can also further accommodate. This furniture is optional: you can bring your own if you’d like!
-Has 2 large windows (72 inches tall, 38 inches wide, and 14 inches deep which provide additional space and allow lots of natural light when it’s sunny)!
-Has the fire escape (some use it to hang out).
-Rent is $1,100 a month. Sec dep is $1,100.
-Utilities are split equally and are usually no more than $50-80 a month. This includes wifi/internet tv, heat, hot water, gas and electricity.
-Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared.
-I have some gym equipment in the living room that you can feel free to use, including a treadmill.
-Washers/dryers in the basement, as well as the door to the back patio.
- No cigarette smoking inside the apartment.
-If you have a pet, we can discuss.
-My requirements are reasonable: please, be able to pay the rent on time (having a creative background is preferred but not a requirement ), clean after yourself, and chip in on chores/supplies.
The area is safe (Haven't had any problems so far here). I will have been here 5 years come November.
