2 Bedroom 1 Bath in Wicker Park

When I say in Wicker Park I mean the park is basically our front lawn. Its is two blocks from the Damen stop and more importantly two blocks from Big Star (for the taco lovers out there). Gas, electric, cable and internet are all split monthly. We do not pay water. There is free parking all around the park and when i had a car, i never had much of an issue finding a spot. The bedroom available is the one show in the pictures and is off the kitchen. the apartment is right next to the Blue line so we can hear the train passing but you get used to it and doesn't bother me anymore but please note that you CAN hear it every time it goes by. There is a back deck and a back yard which is nice on sunny days. The common areas are already furnished but I am planning to buy a new sofa and kitchen table in the near future.

I am looking to have someone take over my portion of the leas as I have moved in with my boyfriend. i currently live with a 24 year old high school teacher named Alex. She is great, easy going and very sweet! She has early morning during the week so tends to be in bed by 10:30 but enjoys her time off on the weekends with her friends, boyfriend and her family.
