Share my 2-Bedroom/2-bathroom on a high floor with views of the Hollywood sign at Park La Brea. This is a gated community with several entrances. There is a gym and heated olympic sized salt pool which is an extra at about $50 per month. The community offers 3 free movies per week in its theater. There is a business lounge. There is free wi-fi in its many gardens and there is a cafe serving espressos, sandwiches, etc. The complex is located across the street from The Grove on 3rd Street and runs from La Brea Avenue on one side to South Fairfax on the other and 6th Street on the other, bording on the La Brea Tar Pits and LACMA museum. Several Ralphs are within walking distance as well as Kmart, Citibank, Trader Joes, Citibank, etc. Very central location.

Kitchen has a washer/dryer, microwave and opens into the living room with a counter that can be used to have meals using my bar stools. The apartment has central a/c, the large living room will look beautiful once all of the art has been hung. Full wall of windows providing a cheerful and bright living environment along with fantastic views.

You have your own carpeted bedroom. You bring in your own bed and perhaps a chest of drawers. Room has closet. You have your own private bathroom. Your room has a similar view to the living room with a view of the Hollywood sign. It also has a view of the beautiful gardens in the complex.
