We are two young professionals (male, early 30s, works in finance and male, mid 20s, works in tech) looking for a third roommate for a small, quiet and cozy room in a luxury building. We are friendly, respectful, clean and value relaxing at home. Our current roommate will, unfortunately, be moving and we are looking for a nice, dependable, employed and clean roommate.

About the apartment:
- Rent stabilized
- Flexed 3BR
- Brand New Washer and Dryer in apartment
- Brand New Dishwasher
- Updated stainless steel appliances
- Fully furnished common spaces and kitchen
- Freshly painted

About the building:
- Doorman
- Dry cleaner in building
- Huge gym in building (at extra cost)
- Rooftop with barbecues and tanning beds
- Lounge with pool tables
- Study/Meeting rooms
- Starbucks in building
- Building is 10 Hanover Sq

Available on Apr 1. New 12-month lease will start Apr 1.

Rent is $1275 per month + utilities and internet which is about $60-$70 per month.

Also a security deposit of $1100 is required.

There are some building fees for application and lease amendment (about $200).
