Room available-3 stops from Manhattan August 1st

Hi everyone :) I have one room available in my 3/BR apartment starting October 1st or mid October. The apartment is located two streets from Prospect Heights, at the very edge of Crown Heights North Historic District. We’re the top floor of a beautiful pre-war building with exposed brick and ultra high ceilings. Comes with all furniture shown including a QUEEN size bed and air-conditioning. The building is quiet and safe.
All utilities, cleaning supplies and even toilet paper is included in the price.

I have lived in this apartment for almost 8 years and the neighborhood is a gem! The apartment is a 2 min walk to the A/C subway station at Nostrand ave. You can be in Manhattan in as little as three subway stops. It’s a 10 min walk to the 2 & 3 subway station. Nearest laundry is on the same street and is 1 min walking distance from the front of our building. There’s a grocery store ‘Wholesome Foods’ a 2 min walk away. We are also walking distance to Van Leween Ice cream parlor and tons of cute little shops and eateries.

When I'm home, I enjoy reading and tending to my collection of orchids. Please message me with any questions! I prefer to do a virtual interview first and then an in person showing for anyone that is serious about moving in. No pets or couples (sorry!). Sublease period is thru July of next year, with the option to stay longer.
