The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom located in Stuyvesant Town. Nice, safe neighborhood. Close to the L subway station. It has elevators and laundry downstairs. Plus, there's a TraderJoes just across the street.
The available bedroom is a sunlit 14x4' x 9x2' (semi-furnished) with a bed, a light, a desk, a clothing rack with hangers in the room & also has a full closet. (see pics)
The rent would be $1200 a month (w/one months security deposit) This would include all utilities and Wi-Fi. Let me know if you might be interested or have any questions. Cats but not dogs would be welcome here. Thanks.
