My name is Joyce and I live with my 23 year old son Donovan. He and I live in the Rego Park / Forest Hills area of Queens, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, post office, library, movie theater, subway, buses, etc. Our house has three bedrooms, 2. 5 baths, a dining room, a kitchen, a living room, a furnished basement, with a separate entrance, and a balcony. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and it is a real pleasure to live here. I have rented rooms primarily to foreign language students that are in New York for a few months while they study English at a language school in Manhattan. I am renting for up to a six month period, with the possibility of longer than six months. I am also willing to accept someone interested in staying less than a month, and the price will be adjusted.
